During these unprecedented times, our children are at greater risk of isolation and cyber bullying experiences. Initial research shows cyberbullying has increased 70% during stay-at-home orders. Pandemic stressors are causing kids to lash out or potentially create conflict with others. Since they can only connect now on social media, some of the greatest online risks to kids have become cyberbullying, shaming, and exploitation.
Here we bring our unique program to K-12 students as an on-line platform that is safe, easily accessible and tailored toward the specific age group.
Our programs engage children in teaching empathy, kindness, friendship, compassion, inclusivity and tolerance by understanding and accepting each others uniqueness. Furthermore we discuss ways to forgive easily, deal with anger appropriately workout differences peacefully and “Pledge to be a Friend” to others with kindness.
Each program uses a multimedia platform to address each age group and area of interest. We use puppets, stories, pledges, the 6 pillars of characters and kindness activities that provide hands-on opportunities for collaboration and deepening friendships.
Your support and contributions will enable us to provide our Bullying Prevention Presentations and Kindness Programs for schools, parents, educators, senior centers and beyond. Your generous donation will directly fund our mission and is tax deductible through our 501C(3) status EIN# 88-4376090
